What is Regiondo
Regiondo describes itself as all-in-one booking software for tours, activities and destinations. It lets you sell tickets online 24 hours a day, take payments in several currencies, sell at the point of sale from a phone, scan tickets, build a website with its site builder and distribute your experiences on your website, social media, resellers and OTAs such as Viator and GetYourGuide from one place.
Its website does not publish prices: the pricing page invites you to book a demo. If you are looking at Regiondo, ask for a quote directly with your booking volume.
Does Regiondo manage guides?
Regiondo has a Resource Manager. According to its help centre, resources are people, rooms or equipment that you link to your offers so that availability is accurate and there are no double bookings: for example, a guide who can only run one of two tours at the same time. When the experience is booked, the resource is booked automatically. Several users can also access the account and have bookings assigned to them.
As in other booking systems, the guide is treated as a resource that limits what can be sold. What we did not find on its website is the way of working specific to an agency that uses freelance guides: each guide accepting or declining the service, the conversation staying in the record and their invoice arriving linked to the services, with VAT.

When each one makes sense
Regiondo makes sense if you sell your own experiences to the general public and need online bookings, payments, box office sales and distribution. It is a sales tool.
Partners makes sense if your agency runs guided tours for groups sent by tour operators, schools or cruise lines, and shares each service out among freelance guides. What matters then is guide assignment, knowing who has confirmed, the schedule for the whole agency and matching invoices at month end.
Questions to ask before you choose
Before choosing between a booking system, a coordination tool or both, it is worth answering with the numbers from your own business:
- Where do your services come from? If almost everything comes from tour operators, schools or cruise lines, rather than tourists booking on your website, the booking engine matters little and coordination matters a lot.
- How many freelance guides do you coordinate? Beyond five or six, confirming each service by hand starts to eat up office hours every week.
- How many services have more than one guide? That is where most mistakes happen without individual acceptance per guide.
- How do you match guide invoices? If you do it today in a separate spreadsheet, look for a tool where each invoice is linked to its services.
- How much do you pay per booking? A fixed price per agency is more predictable than a commission as volume grows.
Using Regiondo and Partners together
If you sell to the general public and also coordinate a team of guides, the two tools do not get in each other's way: Regiondo handles bookings and Partners handles who runs each service. There is no automatic connection between them; services are created in Partners by hand, with bulk requests or by importing an Excel file.
Partners is free up to 5 guides, and the first 25 agencies pay €49 a month excl. VAT for the Pro plan at the founder price. Read the comparison with Bókun or request your 30-day trial. The app interface is in Spanish.
