What is Partners and who is it for?
Partners is management software for inbound agencies, DMCs and guided tour companies that work with their own team of guides. It brings together service requests, guide assignment, the calendar, chat with each guide and their invoices, and replaces the mix of Excel, WhatsApp and email.
Does Partners sell tickets or tours online?
No. Partners isn't a booking engine or a channel manager: it doesn't take payments from tourists or publish on OTAs. It's the internal tool for coordinating your guides once the service is sold, whether it comes from a tour operator, your website or an OTA.
How much does Partners cost?
There's a Free plan for up to 5 guides. The first 25 agencies can join at the founder price: €49 a month (excl. VAT) for the Pro plan (up to 50 guides), fixed for as long as they keep their subscription. After that, Pro costs €79 a month, Business €149 a month (up to 100 guides) and Enterprise is custom. Prices exclude VAT and are per agency, with no commission per service, and guides never pay.
What exactly is the founder price?
It's the full Pro plan at €49 a month (excl. VAT) instead of €79 for the first 25 agencies. You start with a free 30-day trial and, if you stay, that price doesn't go up while your subscription is active. No lock-in.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The trial lasts 30 days, with every feature and no card. We set up your account with your real services and help you migrate your Excel, so you decide by seeing your own operations running.
How do I move from Excel or WhatsApp to Partners?
We import your services, guides and operators from the spreadsheet you already use. We train your team and your guides, and in about two weeks the agency is working in Partners without stopping operations.
Do my guides have to pay anything?
No. Every guide gets a free portal to accept services, check their calendar, talk to you on each request and upload their invoices. The agency covers the cost.
How do guides invoice the agency?
In their portal, the guide picks the services to invoice and uploads their invoice as a PDF, issued with their own tool. The invoice stays linked to those services, with the net amount, VAT and any withholding according to the rate. The agency checks it and marks it as pending or paid. Partners isn't certified invoicing or e-invoicing software: it organises the services to be invoiced.
What language is the app in?
The app interface is in Spanish, including the emails sent to guides. The website is available in English, and we run demos and support in Spanish or English.
